Many of us know all too well the demands of a busy lifestyle, and how easy it is to neglect our own well-being in the midst of it all. It’s crucial to recognize the true value of slowing down and taking time for ourselves. By taking a break and immersing into this female retreat through shared activities such as yoga, mindful practices, and wildlife safaris, women will push themselves out of their comfort zones, challenge their preconceptions, and gain a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
These retreats not only help women flourish as individuals, but they also create a community of empowered women who can make a positive impact in the world. Selected accommodation is a sanctuary of comfort, style, and sophistication located in a serene and secluded setting surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery that will allow you to focus on your healing journey.
Nourishment
All meals during this retreatment will be curated to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar free and sourced locally. We will talk about eating mindfully and healing through food.

Discover some of the most breathtaking natural wonders and cultural attractions of Namibia by climbing the iconic red dunes, witnessing wildlife during safari, stargazing in the desert and going on a dolphin cruise in the ocean.
Program
Day 1
Arrival and Introductions
Welcome to SHEWanders Retreat! After we pick you up from the airport, our group will go to Etosha National Park where you will settle in and will be introduced to the program and schedule.
We will share our intentions for the retreat and participate in a mindful breathing and relaxation practice that includes gentle stretches. The day will end with a dinner where everyone will get to know each other and have some ice-breaking games
Day 2
Connecting with the Nature
The day starts with a sunrise yoga session focused on preparing your body and mind for the day’s activities. Then we will embark on an early morning safari drive to observe local wildlife.You will also take mindful walks and have group discussions on the interconnectedness of all living beings and the importance of nature conservation.
Later we will learn how to incorporate journaling practice in your self-care routine, release our fears and blocks and do a cleansing meditation to symbolise a new start.
Day 3
Mindfulness Practices
We will start the morning with a practice focused on awareness of body sensations. After a delicious breakfast, you will participate in a workshop on how to change a negative scarcity mindset into an abundance mindset by exploring practices of affirmations and gratitude.
Later, we will go on an afternoon game drive, observing majestic animals in their natural habitat and practising mindful observation and presence. The day ends with a pilates session focused on core strength and stability, integrating the learnings from the abundance workshop into mindful movement.
Day 4
Cultivating Gratitude
Time to change location ang go to the ocean, while enjoying the scenic views on the way. Upon arrival, you settle into your new accommodation and start the day with a guided meditation on gratitude, followed by a workshop exploring the benefits of a daily gratitude practice, and integrate it into your daily life.
In the afternoon, you head to the beach for a series of mindful practices, including walking meditation, breathwork, and a journaling exercise to reflect on the day’s learnings. After soaking up the ocean view you will head to town for dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 5
Must-do Adventures
Enjoy a full day of adventure in Namibia with a catamaran boat cruise to see Cape fur seals and breathtaking views of the coast. Followed by a 4×4 dune trip to Sandwich Harbour and a picnic lunch overlooking the lagoon.
In the evening, learn about setting goals and aligning them with your values and aspirations. Receive guidance on breaking down personal goals into actionable steps. The day ends with a relaxing restorative yoga session.
Day 6
Unleashing Your Creativity
After breakfast, you participate in a visualisation workshop, where you are guided through a series of exercises designed to help you tap into your inner creativity and gain clarity about your personal and professional goals. Following the workshop, a cacao ceremony will take place, a heart-opening and grounding practice that involves drinking pure cacao and setting intentions for the day, week, months ahead.
In the afternoon, you will choose what you want to do the most: put your new insights into action with a vision board making activity, participate in a thrilling quad biking experience or unleash your inner goddess in a photo session in the dunes.
Day 7
Nourishing Your Mind, Body, and Soul
We are off to one of Namibia’s most spectacular natural wonders! Upon arrival at Sossusvlei, you check in to your accommodation and get ready to participate in a discussion on healthy nutrition, learning about the benefits of nourishing your body with wholesome foods and how to make healthy choices while on the go. Later you can relax next to the pool and enjoy the landscapes.
Before dinner, you will have a yoga session amidst the serene desert surroundings. The session is designed to rejuvenate your body and calm your mind, helping you to be present and appreciate the beauty around you. After a delicious meal, you will have the chance to gaze up at the stars, with the stunning Namibian sky providing an unforgettable backdrop.
Day 8
Exploring the Wonders
Early wake up to embark on a hike in the breathtaking Sossusvlei, where you will witness the majesty of the towering sand dunes up close. The hike will be led by a knowledgeable guide who will share interesting facts about the formation and ecology of the region. You will also have the chance to explore the legendary Deadvlei and take gorgeous photos.
In the afternoon, you will return to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest. You may choose to indulge in a variety of spa treatments designed to pamper your body. Later, we will have a meditation and a discussion on cycle syncing, which will provide valuable insights into how you can optimize your well-being and productivity by aligning your activities with your menstrual cycle.
Day 9
Higher-self Alignment
Today, you will have the option to take an early morning hot air balloon ride over the spectacular Namib Desert, where you can witness the stunning landscapes and wildlife from a bird’s-eye view. In the afternoon, there will be a workshop on following your destiny. You will be taken on a journey of introspection and self-reflection to uncover your true purpose and potential.
In the evening, you will gather with the group for a farewell dinner, celebrating the end of a transformative journey and the beginning of a new chapter. You will have the opportunity to share your insights, gratitude, and valuable experiences that will stay with you for a lifetime.
Day 10
Embracing Self-Love
On the final day of the retreat, you will participate in a powerful exercise of writing a letter to your future self, expressing gratitude for the journey and committing to your continued growth. Then we will have a yoga practice, allowing yourself to fully embody the transformational experiences of the past days.
Finally, it is time to say goodbye as you depart for home, taking with you the mindfulness practices, new connections, and memories of this life-changing retreat.
